Orders within United Arab Emirates

Orders are processed within 4-6 working days of receiving a notification and shipped via courier at NO COST.

“Duration” does not include shipping time, shipping in UAE requires another 1-2 days once the order has been dispatched from BOUSNI.

A tracking number will be received by the customer after the order has been shipped from our side.

International Orders

Your location is no barrier, we deliver worldwide.

Orders are processed within 5-7 working days of receiving a payment.
NO CASH ON DELIVERY AVAILABLE.

“Duration” does not include shipping time, shipping internationally requires another 3-7 days (depending on destination) once the order has been dispatched from BOUSNI.

The ETA for receiving any order internationally is 8-12 days (depending on custom clearance procedures).

A tracking number will be received by the customer after the order has been shipped from our side.

Shipping Costs

Free shipping for all cities across UAE (Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Dubai, Sharjah, UAQ, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujeirah). For international deliveries, shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order.

Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

Delivery Terms

Transit Time Domestically
In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 1 - 2 days

Transit time Internationally
Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 3 - 7 days. 

Dispatch Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 4-7 business days of confirmation of order. We operate Saturday - Thursday during standard business hours (9am - 6pm), except on Friday and national holidays during which BOUSNI operations will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

Change Of Delivery Address
For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time only before the order has been dispatched.

Delivery Time Exceeded
If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us through our email info@bousni.ae so that we can conduct an investigation.

Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with us. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please email us at info@bousni.ae.

Sales Tax
Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website.

Import Duties & Taxes
Please note that BOUSNI is not responsible for any customs duties or import taxes on international orders. Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
