Exchange Policy

STRICTLY NO REFUND POLICY: 
Bousni.ae does not offer returns/refunds.
BOUSNI EXCHANGE POLICY: 
Our Exchange policy lasts 7 days.

FOR NON-CUSTOMIZED ITEMS, UAE AND INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS CAN EXCHANGE ABAYA WITH THE COST OF 120DHS., AND INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS HAVE TO BEAR SHIPPING CHARGES TOO.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY: (Please read below)
We do not have any ready-made abayas available. Once an order is placed, the fabric is arranged from the Bousni warehouse and customized as per the customer’s request. 

The abaya will be customized as per your measurements and requirements.
  1. If the abaya is loose on you we will alter it (make it smaller) for 50 dhs. (delivery charges included) for UAE customers.
  2. If it is small, we will have to make a new piece for you. Stitching charges of 120 dhs will apply (delivery charges included). (This does not apply to the Eid abayas, handwork abayas may have different charges depending on which design).
  3. If you are not satisfied with the fabric, the same stitching and delivery charges as stated above (120 dhs) will apply for a new abaya.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

No Exchanges during Sale/Promotions. 
No Exchanges on Under Abayas & Travel Wear.
No Exchanges for Ready to wear items.

Sale items: 
Only regular priced items may be exchanged. Unfortunately sale items and ready to wear items cannot be exchanged.

DISCLAIMER:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when exchanging your item. Depending on the delivery address provided, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Exchanges:
We only replace items that are defective or damaged free of charge. If you require an exchange due to an issue with sizing, please send us an email at exchange@bousni.ae and we will discuss the matter further.
Exchanges will only be processed through email. Bousni thank you for your understanding.
