Will I fit into a garment listed as free size or one size?

Our one size garments are items that are meant to be worn oversized, are free flowing or adjustable. If you wear a size small to large, these items will generally fit you. Please check our measurements and size guide!

How do I cancel my order?

Write us as soon as possible at inquiry@bousni.ae. Provide your Order ID in email. Once something has shipped, we can no longer cancel and refund an order.

Please contact us as soon as possible at inquiry@bousni.ae. Once something has shipped, we can no longer make changes to your order.



How can I contact for the shipment of my order?

Bousni offers 4 to 5 working days delivery time in UAE. In case of late shipment, you can contact on our contact numbers.

Late international shipment

Our international delivery time is 10 to 15 days. If you ordered from outside UAE and your shipment is late, please contact us on email info@bousni.ae or our whatsapp number +971 56 976 4762.



What is your exchange policy?

Bousni offers free exchange within 7 days of successful delivery. You can contact on our email inquiry@bousni.ae and whatsapp number +971 56 976 4762. We will send you exchange abaya and at the same time return the old abaya to the courier.

What is your refund policy?

Your refund will be initiated once your product is received back in our customer fulfillment center and inspected by our team, and the final refund will be received by you as follows:
1. if the refund is to your credit/debit card, within 10 to 45 days from the day on which we receive the product back in our customer fulfilment center;
2. if your refund is to your wallet, you will receive the refund immediately after your product is received back in our customer fulfilment center and inspected by our team; or
3. if you have cancelled your order before shipping, an automated refund will be provided back to you.

What is your return policy?

Following are the conditions on which your return is valid:

  • You have received a wrong product;
  • You have received a product that is not as described on the Site; or
  • You have received a damaged product.
  • You have changed your mind.

Non-returnable Products.

You do not have a right to return, replace or exchange products in respect of:

  • A product that has been used or damaged by you or are not in the same condition as you received them;
  • any consumable product which has been used
  • Customized size orders

Can I return customized order?

Sorry, we do not offer returns and refunds on customized abayas.
