We offer 7 days of free exchange in case of any problem with the order or size issues. However, customized product is not eligible for exchange. 

A free exchange based on the below conditions.
1-Customer can avail of a free exchange if the item is not according to the picture or ordered size.
2- For non-customized items, UAE customers can exchange them free of cost, and the international customer has to bear shipping charges.
3-Customers who are eligible for free delivery can exchange the item free of cost for the first time.
